Calibration liquid for refractometer

 Calibration instructions:

 To calibrate the refractometer to zero, follow the instruction below:

 1) The optimum temperature for the measurement is 20 ° C

 2) Open the cover of the slide

 3) Drop 1-2 drops of the supplied calibration fluid onto the slide

 4) Close the cover so that the liquid spreads on the slide without air bubbles or dry spots and wait about 30 seconds

5) Hold the refractometer against a sufficiently bright light source. The blue line on the scale should now be on the line at 78.7

 6) If not, use the enclosed screwdriver to turn the central calibration screw until the line is on this line. Then the refractometer is set correctly.

 7) After the measurement, remove any remaining liquid from the slide and rub it clean with a soft, slightly damp cotton cloth. Then dry the slide thoroughly. Residual moisture can harm the refractometer!

 8) Store your refractometer properly in the supplied packaging
