Prices
All prices are exw Ellerau Germany. The statutory value added tax of 7% or 19% is included in the prices and is show separately on the invoice. All prices are subject to change and are based on the current cost situation. In the event of any changes, especially VAT, we are force to adjust our prices and hope for your understanding. However, we strive to announce any price changes in good time.
Order value over 99, - EURO the delivery is free of charge within Germany, to Austria from 249, - EURO (Excluding glasses, mead, honey, bees and animal feed).
Otherwise we charge you the following flat rates: (Attention only within Germany): per post parcel up to 4 kg: € 7.90; 4-10 kg: € 8.90; 10 - 31.0 kg: € 9.90; (Austria) per parcel up to 15 kg: € 13.90; up to 30 kg: € 20.90;
Other shipping forms are charged at cost.
Foreign countries
Pleas take a look at "theshipping & returns conditions". When shipping abroad (except the EU), customs duties, et al. are usually charged. Fees incurred in international payments are payed by the buyer.
Payment
We deliver cash on delivery (only in Germany)! ATTENTION: there are still cash on delivery fees of the post! Within Germany € 7.00 (DHL package), please ask for forwarding items.
Cash on delivery
You pay the actual cash on delivery fees, regardless of the order value! The cash on delivery fees apply to the respective post office and € 7.00 vor cash on delivery.

(All EU countries / SEPA basic direct debit) Convenient and secure, the cheapest way, there are no transfer costs.
Complaints
can only be asserted within 14 days after receipt of the goods. We are not liable for consequential damage of any kind. In the case of delivery by post, train, freight forwarder or parcel service, please check the contents immediately for transport damage and report this to the driver or post office and have the damage acknowledged.

If no agreement is possible, we will take the goods back within 14 days. Returns must always be send free (franked). Unrepaid shipments will not be accept.
In the event of justified warranty claims, we will reimburse the postage costs incurred.
Custom-made products are excluded from return and exchange. You will then get the goods exchanged according to your wishes or the amount will be refund immediately. Exchange shipments are made under postage calculation, unless it is a matter of guarantee or accident on our part. Return costs incurred by refusing to accept an ordered shipment are at the expense of the customer.
