The BiVo Box ® consists of two mating units with moveable separators. Thus it is possible to use different sizes of frame in the BiVo Box®. (Frames are not included). After the mating of the queen you fold apart the frame and can produce a nucleus colony. Advantage of the BiVo Box®: using only one size of frame. The second possi-bility is to catch the queen and hang the brood -cells above an excluder for hatching. The BiVoBox ® consists of two feeding compartments with a built-in excluder, two entrance discs with a drone-mesh and two bottom-mesh’s. The box is sufficiently ventilated from the bottom and can be stacked. Nevertheless, when stacked the BiVo Box® continues to be sufficiently ventilated
